01 · THE BRIEF

Selling homes is not the same as selling software seats.

Off-the-plan retirement living has its own rhythm: long relationships, family decisions, village tours, and a commitment stage that is an EOI or deposit, not a checkout button. Generic CRMs kept forcing the team into someone else's sales process.

So we built the whole thing around theirs: from the first enquiry, through call notes written by AI, to the day the resident gets their keys, and every operational job after.
