Perpetuate is a consumer app where every completed ritual is a vote for who you are becoming. Built end to end as one system: iOS app, intelligence engine, content pipeline and marketing dashboard. Run by a team of one.
Habit apps reward streaks. Break one and the app quietly shames you into deleting it. Perpetuate needed a different engine: evidence over streaks. Every completed ritual is a vote cast for an identity, and the votes never reset.
That idea had to survive contact with real product surfaces: a daily ritual loop, a personal archive written into chapters, and a True North document that evolves as the user does.
Custom scheduling, identity votes and completion tracking designed around mornings, not notification spam.
A compiler we wrote that turns completed work into monthly chapters. A private record that reads like a book, not a log file.
An AI-generated, living statement of intent the app keeps in front of the user. Prompt design, generation pipeline and editing flow, all custom.
