Do you have to rebuild my website?

No. If your WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or Shopify site is doing its job, we leave it alone. We build only the new custom piece and connect it, either embedded into your existing site as a widget, or on a subdomain like app.yoursite.com that you link to. Keep what works, add the smart bit.

Can you connect it to my CRM?

Yes. We integrate with your CRM through its API so information flows automatically and the CRM stays your single source of truth. Modern CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Salesforce, and accounting tools like Xero and MYOB, all have proper APIs, so this is straightforward. Two-way sync is possible too.

What if my CRM or system has no API?

We'll tell you honestly. If a system is closed or legacy with no API, a live connection may not be possible, so we fall back to a scheduled import and export or a connector like Zapier, and we flag exactly what is and isn't feasible before you spend a cent. We never promise a two-way sync we can't deliver.

Where does the new tool live?

Usually one of three ways: embedded into your existing site as a widget so it looks native, hosted on a subdomain such as app. or portal. your domain and linked from your site (the most reliable option, since it avoids plugin conflicts), or as a custom plugin if it genuinely must live inside your CMS. We recommend the cleanest fit for your setup.

Is a bolt-on cheaper than a full build?

Usually, yes. Because we're building only the new piece and the integration rather than replacing your whole setup, add-ons often start from around $1,500 AUD, a lower band than a ground-up build. It's the low-risk way to get custom software working with what you already have.
