SEQ Tree Experts

Tree services · Website + field business system · Live

[ The situation ]

A working crew with full books and leaky admin: a rented 2006 website that no one could quote from, quotes written on paper at the job, the schedule living on a whiteboard, invoices raised whenever someone remembered. Every job carried a small tax of double-handling.

[ What we built ]

  • A new website that turns a search into a booked enquiry, straight into the system
  • Line-item quoting priced from their own rate book. Built at the job, sent before leaving the street
  • Job scheduling with crew assignment. The whiteboard, retired
  • Invoices generated straight from the accepted quote, and a field app for the crew

>_ Website, quote, job, invoice and the crew's field app. One flow they own, not five places things get lost.

kinHome

Retirement living · CRM suite · Live

[ The situation ]

A retirement-living operator managing village sales. Enquiries, tours, EOIs and settlements. Across spreadsheets and generic CRM tools that don't speak the industry's language. No off-the-shelf product understands DMF books, buyback clocks or an EOI/Deposit pipeline.

[ What we built ]

  • A sales CRM around the industry's real pipeline. Enquiry → tour → EOI/Deposit → settlement, in the industry's real words
  • AI call intelligence: sales calls summarised and logged against the lead automatically, high-confidence updates applied on their own
  • Role dashboards with the numbers that actually run the business. Occupancy, pipeline value, DMF book, tasks due
  • A buyer-facing Journey portal that walks families through the decision at their pace
  • An iOS field app for the team walking village tours

>_ Live across the group today. The system speaks retirement living. "EOI/Deposit", not "closed-won".

Perpetuate

Consumer app · Idea to shipped native product

[ The situation ]

A founder with a clear conviction. A daily operating system for a life's work. And nothing built. The gap between idea and product is where most of these die. This one didn't.

[ What we built ]

  • Product design from a blank page. The flows, the screens, the brand
  • A native app, built and shipped to real devices
  • The daily engine, long-term archive and "True North" horizon views
  • Everything behind it: accounts, sync, secure storage

>_ From idea to on-the-phone. The whole product, taken end-to-end by one team.

Varsal

SaaS · Zero to working product

[ The situation ]

An idea for converging many services into one operational view. The kind of thing that only proves itself as working software. The brief was speed: build the real thing fast enough to test the market with it, not a slide deck about it.

[ What we built ]

  • A working SaaS product from a standing start. Sign-up funnel through to live dashboard
  • The convergence engine: many services rolled into one clear operational view
  • Brand and interface designed together, so the product launched looking like a product

>_ Zero to working product. Fast enough that the market test used the real thing.

PLTFRM

Photography · Editorial site with commercial intent · Live

[ The situation ]

Editorial photography with real commercial intent, stuck with the usual choice: a template portfolio that looks like everyone else's, or a platform subscription that never ends. The work deserved a site with a point of view. That also books jobs.

[ What we built ]

  • An editorial site designed around the photography. Cream, serif, unhurried
  • An enquiry-to-booking flow, so the portfolio sells instead of just showing
  • Fast, ownable, on her own domain. No platform, no monthly fee

>_ Live at createyourpltfrm.com.au. A portfolio with a job: booking the next shoot.
